Yes. Skilled Connection is mobile optimised for web browsing, and also has an Android and iOS Application that allows you to quickly update your profile, browse open job opportunities and apply for jobs whilst you're on the go.
To register with Skilled Connection will take you no longer than 2 minutes. Once you have registered, you will then need to upload your first job description, the platform will automatically detect the skills required for the role. You then need to add the years of experience required, and any additional desired skills. Once you’ve completed this, you will be presented with candidates in order of suitability to your criteria.
Skilled Connection is designed to meet all requirements of the IT industry. You are able to post Permanent, Contract, Graduate, and Intern roles.
It is free to post job opportunities and browse candidates. You can interview as many candidates as you wish. The fee for a success hire for a permanent role is 10% of the first year's agreed salary in the case of permanent employees or 10% of the value of the daily rate of the whole length of the assignment for contract roles.
If you don't find the right candidate you pay nothing. No hire, no cost.
The first hire is free of charge. However, the following ones will be charged after they have worked for 30 days for your organisation.
